We are a beef jerky company that has come a long way since our humble beginnings in 2011.

Our story began in Queensland when Mark Hoyle founded Geronimo Jerky in 2011. He had a passion for beef jerky, and his secret family recipe from his Native American ancestry quickly gained popularity among his friends and family. As word of mouth spread, Mark realized that there was a significant demand for his jerky, and Geronimo Jerky was born.

Fast forward to 2023, and Geronimo Jerky has become a household name across Australia. We are now trading under the new ownership and management of Le Woolf Fine Foods & Catering Pty Ltd, located in Sydney, NSW.

Our commitment to quality and excellence has been recognized time and time again. In 2012, at the Sydney Royal Fine Food Show, Geronimo Jerky won seven awards, cementing our place as one of the best beef jerky brands in the country.
